Zpoker Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules of Use

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the zpoker platform (website and mobile application). By registering on or using zpoker, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Zpoker supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Transferring funds to another user's account is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the case of suspicious transactions.

Zpoker does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is entirely subject to their policies.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except that certain bets may be partially closed using the Cash Out feature.

• If suspicious results or evidence of match-fixing is found, the bets in question may be voided.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies before any bonus withdrawal.
• Wagering Calculation: Typically, Sports Bets contribute 100%, slots 100%, and table games 20% towards wagering requirements.
• Odds Condition: Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 count toward wagering requirements.
• Duration: Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued.
• If misuse of multiple accounts or bonuses is confirmed, all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts or placing bets on behalf of another person.
• Abusing the bonus policy — for example, placing opposing bets with the intention of exploiting bonuses.
• Gaining an unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors or delayed data.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal payment processing.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Placing bets using software bots or any automated method.

Zpoker reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of the Terms & Conditions is established.
• If identity verification is refused or incorrect information is provided.
• If suspicious financial activity or potential fraud is detected.
• To comply with regulatory directives or legal obligations.

Any verified balance will be returned before an account is closed — however, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited in cases of terms violations. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set.
